Pros

Many of the people that work for Reef are incredible people and very good at what they do "if only the CEO was not in way over his head". The model is genius and if run correctly will flourish in any market.

Cons

When i joined Reef i was very excited to be a part of something that had such potential but the senior leadership has no idea what they are doing! The business objectives change daily and the communication from leadership to the rest of Reef is poor "that is being nice".

Met some amazing people - teams were diverse and a big "melting pot" of backgrounds

Cons

-Company continually makes poor financial decisions -Very top heavy organization, too many VPs and Directors with unclear paths forward, but lower level employees were the ones affected by layoffs -CEO is incredibly unprofessional, scatter-brained, and does not understand the industry they are operating in -Toxic cutthroat culture - culture of working during PTO, working late nights and weekends, "sign the biggest deal" -Senior leadership clearly directed managers to make unethical decisions then backtracked -Multiple rounds of layoffs but the people that made the decisions that got the company to a bad place weren't the ones affected

Nice people to work with and working from home.

Cons

You name it it happens here. No structure, limited training, unhappy employees. No one knows what anybody else is doing. Fired 9 DSA’s with no warning 8/22. Most with long standings with the company. If you want to be discouraged from Day 1? REEF is the company for YOU! For other parking professionals. STAY AWAY!!
