      I honestly can’t think of any pros to working for this organization

      Cons

      Constantly worried about stability of my position and the company itself. Lack of concern for its employees and the hard work for most goes unnoticed. No merit or salary program exists so people are grossly underpaid in some roles.

      Too very little pros to even remember

      Cons

      - No work/life balance: you are expected to pick up your phone/answer emails on weekends and after hours (even if you are salary) - Management is bias and will hire someone they know, although that candidate is not qualified for the job - Your reward for outstanding work is more work - Toxic office environment
