The idea of connecting services to your block is enticing and motivating. Very entrepreneurial environment. People are nice.

Cons

The say and do ratio does not match, no tools, no accurate data. Good ole boy mentality - core group that cares about themselves, not talent. Work life balance is non existent.

Reef technologies and their insurance partners do not care about you

Some junior managers are cool to work for.

Cons

Reef as a whole including their insurance , they don't want to pay Loyal employees , You pay into your own insurance for years and when you need the most your deny and have to fight to get what you've paid for years . Then they take you whole check when you return to work, to pay for insurance that you can't get especially LTD!
