Tough work, but usually flexible, tips were good

Good valets at least at my location Took 5 years but managed to get an Operations Manager role

Cons

Contact between departments can be frantic sometimes Unless you're managment or higher up, most valets are part-time

You will be challenged and do things way above your pay grade and have the chance to keep the whole department alive by yourself.

Cons

Slave like hours... no focus on building the right way so everything is a slap job and youre always chasing your tail... Constant cash burn and no "good news" Contant layoffs
