Company in Trouble

Pros

No accountability or expectation to complete anything, so long as you have "SMART Goals" input into HR's system.

Cons

-Zero leadership -Homogenous - zero diversity of thought, which has led to no innovation or ability to question direction or processes. -Nothing ever gets done - the company is YEARS behind the competition. -The company has not made a net profit since 2022. -Absolutely no career mobility or opportunities. -Low pay, does not meet inflation - they rely on their no-accountability work policy and remote life to keep seats filled. -Company talks a big diversity game, but there is no diversity of thought, which isn't conducive to a successful business. -You can find better compensation and a healthy work life balance outside of this failing company.
