      Good People to work with, flexible schedule, and the company has a noble mission.

      Cons

      Management is a mixed bag. Frequent turnover, infighting, and questionable logic applied to strategy from the director level on up has led to some inconsistent performance over the past 5 years. Upward mobility in the company is non existent.

      Pros

      It's a job. One can always find opportunities to learn. Some very valuable and experienced sales people work there. Overall experience depends a lot on the manager and the department.

      Cons

      Sales-oriented organization; everyone else is underpaid. Bad benefits package. The company is undergoing a lot of changes, and people are constantly coming and going.

      If you're looking for a stable job, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Employees are visibly invisible. Tier management flies in for quarterly town halls, which is usually a presentation of revenue for the current year and projection of the following year's expectations. Performance development is non-existent. No one will train you on anything. There is a pure disconnect between management and employees.
