Pros

Flexible schedule depending on the department, position, and location.

Cons

Nepotism is the way to get ahead at respec. If you're friends with the right manager you can do whatever you want and still get ahead. Limited career growth. Leadership structure makes no sense. Lack of accountability and discipline throughout the company.

Pros

Respec has their heart in the right place, Flexible scheduling allows for an amazing work / life balance. There is a huge range of skill levels and technology.

Cons

Benefits are a bit lacking and leave a lot to be desired. Respec is trying to keep a good balance of contract work and employee morale but hasn't quite figured it out YET...
