      Pros

      The opportunities to expand my breadth of knowledge were expansive. I learned an immense amount of new material and experiences during my time. I was also given the opportunity to become a SME in certain areas which helped prepare for my next position.

      Cons

      Some of the upper management personnel were not easy to work with. At times, their demeanor was condescending and unprofessional. They were never admonished for their behavior, and therefore the behavior continued.

      Product development managers were awesome

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about anything except the bottom dollar. Expect to work a lot of overtime because they'd rather fire people and make you work more than bring in people to help. Expect them to give the appearance of caring about the things you want to see improved and then ignoring everything unless you work on the production floor. Even then it's not good. Expect to be underpaid and never receive a bonus. Thank goodness for all that extra overtime....

      4 day work weeks decent benefits decent vacation

      Cons

      no clear way to move forward in your career at rev from the plant floor, i unless you have good drinking buddy or an affiliate in a position that can create a job for you. Pay is no where close to there competitors but they can get away with it cause there are no other rv factorys that can compete for there workers in a 2hr radius. also there is no employee policy book cause rules are always changing, to keep the employees guessing
