Thank you for the review! I'm sorry if you find our pay structure confusing, but rest assured, there is nothing dishonest about it. If you have any questions, please reach out to your supervisor for clarity. If you are unable to gain clarity from your supervisor, my door is always open, and I will get your questions answered.

Pros

Very fair company in general - competitive salary, benefits. Kept health insurance costs to employees in check. Surely better than the other guys. They were faithful to me, even when times were rough. Promotion from within, if that's the path you want to take.

Cons

Working onsite, contract engineers can have a stigma of being 2nd rate - which is usually false.

Pros

Overtime usually available. Usually not watching over your shoulder. Quiet but friendly employees. Company usually gives additional 401k money if they meet goals for the quarter.

Cons

Usually very boring and repetitive when work. No music streaming on the computer and dead silent office. Eden Prairie is expensive to live in and driving in in the mornings can take a long time with rush hour. They seem to fire people as soon as work gets slow. No warning on these terminations either. Work is dependent on which group you're in, so it could be extremely boring for years when you see new people coming in and getting new and exciting work. Unpaid lunch is only 30 minutes.
