      Good clients (John Deere and Caterpillar). Lets you start as a contract employee with them, and has the potential to become full time at one of these companies.

      They are a great team that will help you learn and grow. There is always someone available that either knows your question or can point you to the right person who can. Great company for learning the ropes of being a self dependent engineer. Benefits are better than a lot of other companies.

      They are a contracting company which means the base pay isn't up to par with some other companies.
