Cons

PTO accrues quickly because there is no one to cover you so you can take off. Once you hit the cap you stop accruing. If you decided to leave you only get 1/2 of what you have accrued. Very chaotic and stressful. Management is clueless or do not care. Not much leadership or training but a lot of blame. No raises and you are expected to do the job of 3 or 4 people. Job titles and responsibilities are not clear. Very high turn over. Not much room for advancement.

Competitive pay, flexible schedule, stay busy, insurance, 401k.

Cons

Poor organization, management rarely on site, poor office environment, high stress, feeling like you are never caught up. Quick burn out environment. No raises or room for advancement unless you get another certification or threaten to leave.

easy to take time off, even if one has exhausted allotted PTO. Free coffee.

Cons

company is only concerned with their legal liability, and appeasing backward NC politicians. Great place to work if you are not too smart, and willing to overlook civil right and HIPPA violations. Lower level QPs practice out of their scope.
