RHA Review: High Turnover and Low Satisfaction
Pros
I want to say something positive about RHA, as there’s potential for growth and some good ideas in the pipeline. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I just don’t see it.
Cons
I have some mixed feelings about my time at RHA. One major issue I've noticed is the disappointing quality of service. It feels like the company doesn’t really prioritize delivering a great experience, which is frustrating for both employees and clients. On top of that, I’ve seen a concerning trend with my colleagues. A lot of them are either leaving or planning to leave soon. This high turnover really highlights the overall work environment and employee satisfaction, or lack thereof. It’s tough to watch talented people move on, raising questions about the company’s management and culture. I genuinely want to support RHA, but these issues make it challenging. For any company to succeed, it needs to focus on its employees and make them feel valued. Unfortunately, it seems like RHA is missing the mark in that department, which is disappointing
