      Unorganized, minimal training

      The people are nice and pleasant

      I have been here 30 days and still do not have access to the systems I would need to use on a daily basis. Training is remote and very limited (Avg 4 hours weekly). Everyone is very nice but no one is in a big hurry to help rectify issues. There are multiple programs that must be learned , 7 of them, and no training manual. I told myself Id give it 30 days, and I did, but I cant work this way. If its this way in training, whats going to happen with an issue after training? Im not wasting any more time.

      Nice people, both director and coworkers

      Cons

      Some CMs worked a lot more than others. Training not always great. We are expected to train new hires ourselves. Sometimes the charting gets incredibly tedious and overwhelming.

      Easy to use PTO, getting time off is easy.

      Cons

      You never know what you will get into trouble for. If you speak to a client in the lobby and you are sitting beside of them. Or just any different things on any different day. management is fickle.
