      Easily hired, bonds with individuals, sometimes lots of downtime

      Cons

      Poor training, not enough compensation, hardly any room for raises/to move positions, work all holidays, stuck at work if next staff doesn’t show up.

      This company has lost all resemblance of a caring company. There is high turnover, low pay and worst of all there is a tunnel like focus on how much it can make instead of how it can help. If I was in need of supports I would look for any other company! If I was looking for employment I would certainly look elsewhere, that's what I'm doing!
