Constant employee turnover; unclear expectations; little support from middle management; productivity expectations too high; long work hours; little encouragement for self-care; no raises; management is top heavy; company has grown too big too fast; very stressful environment in which to work; little focus by upper management on taking care of their greatest asset, which is their employees (sense that they believe that workers are a dime a dozen and replaceable)

Strong foundation and leadership from management. Company stability. Loyalty to hard working staff and to clients.

Cons

Not enough resources to support workloads. Not enough incentives to keep high performing staff. So much change in overall system that it leads to burnout for many. Too many unnecessary silos in company.
