Plenty of training. Excellent location.

Cons

Some of the clients are really violent and they can really hurt you. If you get injured by a client you have to submit to a drug test. Company is basically concerned about the clients, not you.

Deep sense of pride when you see changes in residents. You can take care of your family, but you'll have to use government aid along with your work check.

Cons

NO RAISES. They keep around sorry staff to keep overtime down. Low morale. Feeling stuck. Feel like management doesn't care that you're in poverty because we don't make nothing. PDOs that we can't use.
