Remote position, remote learning, with no written direction or guidelines/due dates for individual learning within orientation. Skimps on training hours, with no extensions. Remote training is very hands-off. There is no nurse preceptor. Even then, you are told to "just ask questions!" You are on your own! That is if you can initially narrow it down to who to ask...and then find someone who can answer and has the time to help. The supervisor is distant, and sometimes will not respond to your questions via email, just nothing. By the end of my orientation, I realized I had wasted a lot of time with the G-zillion learning modules, sometimes dated 2 years in the past. RHA means it when they say paid training is only for 40 hours.

Pay, commute, lack of training and guidance, large caseload and poor infrastructure, impossible goals, no raises, no promotions, engagement with vocational rehabilitation is frustrating
