      There's a lot of flexibility and I can basically set my own schedule.

      I have 32+ years of social work/case management experience. I have only received one raise in 4 years and no cost of living raises.

      I was able to help people in the community and support them through their recovery.

      Pay is not competitive Not much opportunity for growth The counselours on outpatient do not respect the work that CPSS provide They expect me to be more of a taxi service taking people to and from appointments. Little time to do actual PEER SUPPORT

      The individuals and if you get lucky to get good co-workers it is worthwhile, PTO, get paid time and a half for overtime, and they are flexible whith hours.

      Cons

      Management can be alittle absent and the pay isn't the best
