Very supportive team lead and members. Management at the time is open to feedback and is supportive of my personal growth and education. The job itself is very rewarding and have lots of client interaction. It is a good starting job for those who are interested in social work or case management.

Cons

Hard to ask for raise and compensation is decent for the field but low compared to other professions.

Medicaid fraud, illegal billing, unethical, others "buy" the clients, expect a minimum of 50 hours a week, and 24/7 even when you weren't hired for that. Will cover 4 or more counties when you were hired for 2
