      Job that gives you a sense of satisfaction helping others, good co-workers, first, second or third shift schedules

      Cons

      Entry level pay for even seasoned professionals, slow accumulating PTO, no offer of advancement until you've been with the company for multiple years, clique like atmosphere in the group homes, 3-days of required shadowing with little interaction in the job itself (no hands on learning, just following around for 8 hours)
