      Pros

      Excellent benefits, great training programs, opportunities for advancement, and competitive pay makes working at RHA a wonderful career choice.

      Cons

      There were some mental health programs they did not have experience with that would have been extremely beneficial for the area I was employed in. Beyond that, I have nothing to say about working at RHA that could be a point for improvement.

      Pros

      I love working with my service users. They are like family.

      Cons

      Low pay, disorganized management and service users are not given opportunities to spend time in community. Monday through Friday are spent in a classroom doing nothing for 6 hours.
