Great clinical experience. Work with clients is inspiring and exciting. You feel like you actually make a difference at times. Pay is actually pretty decent for a QP position.

Cons

Training and onboarding is a mess. Hours and workload can be unreasonable at times. Communication with management and the rest of the organization is lacking. Technology is archaic.
