I loved my coworkers and taking care of the residents every day I worked, great people

Cons

Not enough pay for the amount of work we do, management of the houses are also very rude and hard to work with, they will tell you that you NEED to come in even though they are the ones on call and will trap you for an extra shift if your relief calls out.

Cons

Management doesn’t seem to care about safety protocol, work environment is stressful and pay does not compensate for that, if you not a person of color, expect to be treated with bias because of it.
