      Pros

      Standard PTO and decent benefits. Very big on social/company lifestyle so lots of fun employee events and gatherings. Most people are nice. Mostly remote which is a plus.

      Cons

      While some people are nice, some not so much. Expectations aren’t clear with lots of roles. High turnover on several teams. No maternity leave policy in place.

      Benefits aren't too bad for a Gov't contracting company. Never had a bad experience with corporate staff.

      Cons

      Some contracts you will be thrown to the wolves and even if you're right, you're still wrong in the eyes of the government client.
