      Pros

      I just finished my time at RIVA and have nothing but positive things to say. The management is invested and gives you a platform to grow. The work is challenging, but in a good way. The training and company culture is great.

      Cons

      Again, it is challenging and it does take time to learn the industry.

      Pros

      My 6+ months here has been nothing short of great. Amazing team and CEO. Really easygoing and positive environment. My experience here has been very pleasant, and I feel that I have learned a lot.

      Cons

      Projects can tend to be a bit obscure and thus difficult to quantify or measure the outcome/results. Overall though, no real cons.

      Pros

      RIVA maintains a very open and supportive environment to work in. The management is amazing and understanding. Everyone that works there genuinely cares for each other’s well-being.

      Cons

      I lived pretty far from the office, so the commute wasn't so great.
