      Pros

      My 6+ months here has been nothing short of great. Amazing team and CEO. Really easygoing and positive environment. My experience here has been very pleasant, and I feel that I have learned a lot.

      Cons

      Projects can tend to be a bit obscure and thus difficult to quantify or measure the outcome/results. Overall though, no real cons.

      Pros

      RIVA maintains a very open and supportive environment to work in. The management is amazing and understanding. Everyone that works there genuinely cares for each other’s well-being.

      Cons

      I lived pretty far from the office, so the commute wasn't so great.

      Pros

      Friendly, collaborative coworkers with a fun culture where results are recognized. Flexible schedule and 100% remote work policy. Lots of opportunities to meet in person. Leadership makes an effort to know everyone at the company.

      Cons

      Benefits are just ok. Sometimes projects are chaotic and company-wide communication about changes could be better. Overall a great place to work.
