      They really strive to get employees engaged Lots of corporate events Remote work (for now)

      Cons

      Employees are just means to end -- they think nothing of letting people go and cutting their pay after years of service Leadership is entirely narcissistic -- if you want to get ahead you better be a yes-man They love to play the blame game Company is in decline and can't win work -- but leadership tells you everything is great and on the way to record breaking grwoth Rampant favoritism No free exchange of ideas
