Pros

Great Company to work for. Seem to be headed in the right direction, good business decisions. Good people to work with.

Cons

Acquisitions override employee movement. Very difficult to move around in the company.

Growing firm with some opportunities

Pros

Overall friendly work environment. Hours aren't very demanding outside of busy season. Firm has experienced a lot of growth in past several years.

Cons

Pay is not very competitive with 2-8 years experience. I personally stopped learning new things after roughly 2 years in audit department. Clients are not overly sophisticated.
