Some nice people who are willing to work hard. They have parties and are one of the up and coming accounts it may appeal to you.

Cons

Frequent drinking encouraged with employees and clients. Hiring and firing practices less than ethical. Safety is a last concern for their employees. What attacked me originally was the feeling and impression that quality was most important.

Flexibility in schedule depending upon the department Decent benefits

Cons

Pay is considerably low compared to other firms in the industry Audit departments understaffed and overworked, tax seems to have it pretty good
