Pros
There is a lot of flexibility as the firm has really adopted a virtual, work from anywhere environment. I think upper management is great, I respect the leaders at this firm. It's a large firm without being TOO big, which I like as well.
Cons
As with any public accounting firm, hours can be tough, but it really comes and goes.
