      RLDatix is an amazing place to work at. The work and life balance is great and the senior members are very supportive. There are opportunities to grow in the company. Inclusivity & diversity are part of the DNA

      - RLDatix in Top 100 preferred place to work in the UK - Excellent care about employees wellbeing - Fixable work environment - Flex work arrangement including international remote working (conditional) - A place to work, learn and develop due to the ongoing expansion plans - Senior management that is keen to listen, adapt and change

      Cons

      RLDatix go through multiple acquisitions of other businesses every year which is a excellent place and opportunity for career development and growth. At same time due to this rapid growth, it can be for some people quite an intense dynamic working environment which require people with ability to accept and absorbs rapid change.
