Lovely environment with positive energy and great enthusiasm. You always surrounded with great coworkers who always be collaborative.

Cons

Every workplace have some cons but in RLDatix it’s very minor which you can easily overcome.

Poor work life balance. Too many changes implemented at the same time which created more chaotic environment.

Pros

Great working environment. Great People Lots of freedom on how you approach your daily tasks No micromanagement. Lot of help at the start to get you going, you never feel alone. Great prospect for advancement and growth. You are never left to do the most difficults tasks alone. Work from home or the office whenever, however you like. Lots of benefits outside work Private Healthcare coverage for you and your children.

Cons

Multiple changes of systems and procedures in a very short time due to acquirement of a lot of companies by RLD - (But this is to be expected?)
