      Cons

      As with many companies, the executive team does not always see the frustrations of the core staff. At times, the working management team gets in its own way of growth and/or scalability.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, there is a lot of growth within the company and a lot to learn. Colleagues have been pleasant and willing to help in training to learn about platforms and products. So far, the work life balance is good, and work is not overwhelming.

      Cons

      A lot to learn maybe create an internal role for someone to train new employees, I think testing to ensure you are retaining the information would be helpful as well.

      Pros

      I have worked for a company acquired by RLDatix for 5 years. In those 5 years I have had more opportunities for growth and support from leadership than in any place I worked previously. RLDatix is an exciting, forward thinking, encouraging place to work. While I work remotely I have found connecting to colleagues, clients, and leadership to be easy. I feel fairly compensated while supported in my personal life. I'm a busy mom with young kids and that has never held leadership back from supporting me and even promoting me.

      Cons

      Part of being part of an exciting, forward thinking environment means that things are often changing which can be dizzying at time. Fortunately, my direct leadership has always kept me in the loop and encouraged my feedback and ideas. There have been times that the workload has felt like a lot, but it often levels out and is never without valid reason, or understanding from leadership.
