Pros

The ability to be remote

Cons

I am still fairly new (Oct 2024) however the lack of structure is ridiculous. It is obvious management cannot handle the volume. Training for my role is non exsistent, we just learn as things come up. All other CAM's have also had to sink or swim. Also this has been the most convoluted credentialing system I have ever used in my 10 years of credentialing.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear things have been a bit rocky to start. We are currently creating a CAM training series. With all our new system enhancements we had to wait so it did delay some of the training material. We do hope to have it formalized and in place by the time the next CAM is hired. It will be rolled out to all the newest CAMS that have started since Fall and prior to the next new hire. Our credentialing application process is different from our competitors. Applications go through quality checks vs the normal competitor will have someone process a cred application from start to finish so they are other people involved in the team environment. Our system is pretty user friendly, and we have not seen any recent feedback in training surveys that states differently. Feel free to reach out to me if you'd like to talk in more depth. recruiting@rldatix.com

Pros

Flexible schedule and nice clients

Cons

Absolutely no company culture, low pay, no structure or documented processes on anything. No career conversations or talks or growth or advancement.

Thank you for leaving feedback. I'm sorry to hear you aren't having a more positive experience. We just did internal surveys via Comparably and our culture score came back 4.7 out of 5. As a private equity owned firm whose mission is to grow, structure and documentation can be tough. We acquire companies regularly which makes us a company made up of a lot of other companies that have different processes. Creating structure and process will take some time and we know how important it is. Career conversations should be part of yearly reviews to foster growth. If your manager isn't bringing them up, you should start the conversation. If you needed added support, feel free to reach out to your HRBP. I'm happy to talk in more detail as well. recruiting@rldatix.com

Pros

Legacy employees seem very happy; hopeful this filters to other areas.

Cons

RLDatix is currently merging acquisitions under the main corporate umbrella. As with most companies gobbling up other companies it is in a massive state of flux.

We appreciate you leaving your feedback. RLD is a growing company made up of many acquisitions. We will keep acquiring new business and realize that this business model is not right for everyone. This type of environment brings a lot of change which can feel unsettling for some. For others, it provides opportunity to grow and develop.
