Pros

There are no pros whatsoever.

Cons

They FIRED 100 people in Skopje due to "operational efficiency", and they DID NOT offer them the chance to stay by giving them an option to learn additional things. And afterwards they opened 50-60 NEW ROLES - more or less the same ones. The culture was toxic. Also, too many NEPO-BABIES. And the company does not care about its people. I'd love to see how you handle your first crisis with such a high turnover and loss of knowledge.

We appreciate the time you took to leave a review. We understand that changes like these are significant, and we want to acknowledge the time and care that went into making this decision. Redefining role expectations was a priority for us and involved extensive consideration, data, and alignment with industry standards. Our process included interviewing internal applicants first and assessing technical knowledge to ensure readiness for this new direction. While these decisions are never easy, our goal has been to move forward in a way that supports both our people and our mission toward thoughtful, sustainable growth.

Pros

Good and knowledgeable people work there, and you can build a strong team bond.

Cons

Poor management — constant changes are made without testing previous ones. There’s little focus on employee growth or career development, and product issues often go unresolved. As a large corporation, the same practices are applied across all teams, even when they don’t fit certain products.
