Pros

Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.

Cons

Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.

The company culture is incredibly supportive, collaborative, and values-driven. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and truly cares about employee well-being. Excellent opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. Great work-life balance with a positive, encouraging environment. Strong emphasis on teamwork and cross-departmental communication. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Clear processes and systems that make daily work efficient and rewarding. Pros

Good salaries, private health insurance

Cons

Everything else. Company used to be a normal place to work until they sold and rebranded. R&D has turned into a cutthroat place to work with bad management who cares more about privileges and their own ego than actually managing and leading people. With all the layoffs and fake campaigns about people, they've created a workplace full of resentment, hypocrisy and people doing the job of more than one while not getting compensated for it
