      Pros

      Excellent mentors and onboarding. My boss is very responsive and listens. My ideas is very well taken care of and I have enormous amounts of fun and my personal and work ethics are continuously developing.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of problems with our products and that is something I'm hoping that will develop in to success.
