- Meaningful work, helping make healthcare safer - My direct team and manager are very supportive and understanding - My work-life balance feels healthy - A ton of autonomy and little to no micromanaging behavior

- Some systems and tools are out of date or not industry standard, which makes doing the work more difficult at times - Pay is not competitive
