With growth, more processes have been integrated and standardized across the business, it's true. While we recognize change can sometimes be difficult in the short term, we do genuinely believe that these changes will make things easier and more effecient for all involved. We do however want to encourage an open dialogue around processes, and invite you to bring up specific concerns with your manager and where appropriate, out HR team.
