3yThank you for your thoughtful feedback! The flexible schedule we offer RLDatix employees seems to be highly appreciated and something we will continue to offer. Since we are a client facing organization, some weeks there are more deadlines which can increase the hours needed to be worked that week. RLDatix uses the work from home policy to provide balance especially during those weeks. If you are consistently working over 40 hours a week, I would encourage you to speak with your manager and determine some ways to promote a good work/life balance.
