      - Everyone is very friendly and helpful, which is particularly beneficial to a new employee who is getting to know their coworkers. - The depth of knowledge and industry experience. Group meetings are dynamic because of what people bring to the table. - Diversity. The people come from different backgrounds and multiple countries to create one company. - Flexibility and work-life balance. Work in the office when you want/need to, or work from home.

      Pros

      A lot of challenges and exciting changes being implemented at the moment. The team is flexible and everyone has a collaborative mindset. It seems like the company has a good business outlook in the long term.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the senior leadership members. Things are heard through the grapevine instead of being communicated effectively and in a timely manner to the rest of the team.
