Salaries are below fair market rate. They specifically hire recent graduates and new Canadians to get them for a low price. Then management plays it off as if they are doing you a big favor. The product is extremely outdated and has a lot of fundamental flaws that go unaddressed for years. The push from sales if for new features, yet the product is so unstable that every release causes a disaster for clients. There is very little management or HR support for employees, they do not really care about your growth at RLDatix, and there is little opportunity to move up in the organization. Poor performance is not effectively addressed.

There is widespread gossip, behavioural issues and favouritism. Managers are not true leaders—they think they can do and say whatever they want. Wellbeing is not taken into consideration as much as they talk on social media. Massive staff retention. People come and go.
