Extremely bad decisions from leadership team

Pros

Large organisation, huge customer base, many opportunities if you are located in Skopje (Europe wise).

Cons

Very cold and toxic environment. Only interested in cutting costs (hardware, people) no matter the outcome (customers and employees are greatly dissatisfied). Even thought it was a great place to work, i would not recommend to anyone now. The leadership in Skopje, I would not really call leadership, are extremely poor performers so if you are considering a role make sure your reporting line is not there.

We’re thankful for your feedback. In response to changing environments and in order to meet the needs of our business and our customers, some roles in our Skopje office have evolved, creating new opportunities as well. These changes are part of our broader efforts to support thoughtful and sustainable growth both in the country and across the company. We remain committed to supporting our employees and believe that our new direction will help address some of the points you raised in your review in a positive and constructive way.

Pros

Can be quite interesting with good technical challenges and lots of politics

Cons

- Seems random directions get given from top down without any real thought on how to implement - Random people decide things without considering when is the correct time or what are the consequences - Difficult to make real lasting change - to much politics - to many rumours - find out your role is changing at the last second

Redundant Quality Assurance role

Business Outlook

Pros

Great teamwork, people always ready to help, employees with great domain knowledge

Cons

Our management recently made the decision to lay off around 100 employees, many of whom had been with the company for years and possessed deep product knowledge and long-standing dedication. These roles were deemed "redundant" despite the critical value these individuals brought to the business. The decision appeared abrupt and lacked transparency, raising serious concerns about leadership’s direction and how they value institutional knowledge and employee loyalty

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand that changes like these are significant, and we want to acknowledge the time and care that went into making this decision. Redefining role expectations was a priority for us and involved extensive consideration, data, and alignment with industry standards. Our goal throughout has been to move forward in a way that supports both our people and our mission. During this process, we have remained committed to our team. To fill these new roles, we have invited all interested internal employees to apply to any position that they feel meets their skill set and fulfills their professional goals. We continue to strive to be forthcoming about our new direction and build transparency around expectation management.
