Pros

Some management are incredibly helpful and want to further the products and the employees in the company. Good work-life balance. Team members, as a whole, are great.

Cons

After the merge with Allocate, things started to go downhill for Documentation. The manager that took over the legacy RLDatix team didn't appreciate the skills and experience that was being brought in. The legacy Allocate Documentation management were either unwilling or unable to adapt, which led to scaling back of job role. Team became incredibly siloed due to management not wanting them to have engagement with the greater teams. HR became incredibly unresponsive, with no exit interview even after asking for one. They seemed reluctant to hear the employee's experience. Additionally, due to cultural differences, HR need to outline what's expected from employees. Comments that could be perceived as offensive were said freely, with no fear of consequences.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience working for RLDatix. RLDatix is in the process of aligning and transforming its practices and processes to support its expanding product portfolio and to accommodate for sustainable growth. Although we have taken measures to augment the management structure within engineering, and specifically the documentation team, its regretful that you may have experienced unintended symptoms prior to the completion of the organizational transformation. We take all constructive feedback seriously and have recently completed a company-wide & anonymous Engagement pulse to further assist in the growth and evolution of RLDatix. We would be happy to discuss any specific circumstances that you encountered. Please feel free to reach out at to me at hgreco@rldatix.com and I will align you with Terence, CTO.

Pros

Generally passionate people and good mission

Cons

Bluffers at the leadership level of my department and others overly complicate everything just to keep themselves relevant. And shockingly they haven't been found out yet. Clearly pushing an AI agenda they neither understand or back themselves. Clearly making it up as they go and it's now a race for who can make stuff up the best vs provide actual direction and joined up thinking. New hires in Product Management have just compounded the confusion and provided the CPO with a cover for poor leadership. Continuously pushing AI down our throats when the quality of the craft of Product Management has been severely lacking for years. The so called enabling function (prod ops) need real attention with their "holier than thou" and out of touch attitudes. Particular individuals in that function need looking at especially. This is the general feeling amongst many PMs and people outside Product Management and should be reviewed.
