      Pros

      The care that is provided by the clinical and non-clinical staff is outstanding. They stand up to being Nationally known for the weaning processes, working with medically complex and wound patients. The outcomes of the patients that come to RML is very rewarding. Family orientated environment. Fun place to work.

      Started as new grad. Great place to learn. Get more experience than if you started on a generic med-surg floor. Scheduling has been flexible for me.

      The overnight staff worked together as a team. I've learned so much in such a short time.

      RML offers 12hr shifts for their employees, this was an issue with smaller school aged children
