rewarding, hands-on patient care, exposure to/opportunity to learn skilled nursing techniques, learn a lot about life...and death, good practice for students and/or those considering nursing, offer tuition reimbursement and support for nursing students, opportunity to work with a group of compassionate individuals

high pct/nurse:patient ratio, can be stressful, physically/emotionally draining, clique-y, hard work, little pay, must work weekends, a lot of exposure to germs/contagious diseases, working with very, very sick and dying patients (must be comfortable with this),
