Supportive leadership, senior nurses are very helpful, RTs assigned to each patient

Old facility with small rooms that can be hard to navigate, WOWs and handhelds that randomly cut out and require an annoying re-login process, few amenities (cafeteria closes at 2p; poor vending machine options; dreary and windowless break rooms; no nearby coffee shop), supply room usually lacking some supplies needed on shift
