LITERALLY NOTHING job is a joke management horrible .

Cons

A Joke and the training is not necessarily training they give you this irrelevant information and once you’re actually out of training they throw you to the wolves and it’s up to you to swim they change up all the time .. I was supposed to work for Texas and ended up getting put in a Florida team … No training literally had to figure out my job along the way the team “leads “ or just horrible at responding to you I had got locked out of systems and my team lead didn’t bother to help I reached out to him Colton Steenblik and got ignored this job is really horrible and needs to be shut down. Don’t even waste your time find another job that actually is worth working for .

Fully remote Equipment provided after qualifying period

Cons

Lied about working hours (bait & switch) & then verbally insulted me via Microsoft Teams DMs when I tried to resolve the working hours issue Company ghosted me instead of firing me when they refused to resolve hours issue
