Great benefits - health insurance, free snacks, free supplies, etc Consistent new challenges - never a day that's exactly like the last, learn something new every day Great employees - almost everyone that works here is incredibly friendly, kind, driven and helpful!

Cons

There isn't a ton of opportunity to advance within the company so if consistent upward motion is important to you, I wouldn't recommend ROI. You're often asked to go a bit beyond your initially outlined duties. If you're not someone who thrives on a challenge and being a little strapped, this may not be the job for you.

The company culture. Awesome coworkers. Hard working, high achieving employees are greatly valued. Management is open to new ideas, from employees anywhere in the company. Progressive and always moving forward. High degree of transparency across all levels of the company.

Cons

Fewer employee holidays than other companies I have worked at.
