      Pros

      There is a lot of flexibility in your day to day activities. I've never felt micromanaged here. All of my managers have always trusted their team to get their job done well. There is plenty of opportunity to take on projects and focus on developing your career outside of your day to day role. Amazing people that are hard working, smart, and truly fun to work with. I enjoy collaborating with my team everyday. I always feel supported by my team members because they are always willing to lend a helping hand. Working at an agency with 6 services allows for lots of opportunity to expand your knowledge to become a digital marketing expert. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Employee churn has led to more frequent client transitions, which can cause stress to people who remain at the company.

      Thank you for your feedback! It sounds like you’re really enjoying the high level of autonomy you have, as well as the great people you work with each day. In regards to your comment about stress, I agree that this is an opportunity for us. Currently, two of our departments are partnering together to look for tangible ways to a) reduce stress for our employees and b) provide healthy outlets for the stress that does exist (since every job comes with some level of stress). We’re optimistic that we will be able to find some creative ways to accomplish both of those goals!       Pros

      The benefits that ROI offers are some of the best that I have ever seen. Upper management does a great job at ensuring that all employees are well taken care of, and feel fulfilled in their current role.

      Cons

      The only con that I would mention is that upper management has a pretty hard stance on working remotely full time. I have noticed that most companies in this area offer this where applicable. However, this stems from the fact that team synergy and collaboration is very important, and management feels that this is lost if folks work remotely full time.
